. (St. Louis, Mo., U.S.), a manufacturer and fabricator of engineered material solutions, announces the acquisition of (VIP, Placentia, Calif., U.S.). This acquisition expands the fabrication capabilities and range of material offerings of The Gund Co. significantly.

The VIP production facility in California will continue to serve the high-tech sectors of aerospace, renewable energy and semiconductors, while using The Gund Co.’s expanded composite manufacturing and fabrication capabilities throughout North America. “Vanderveer has some unique capabilities for this industry.
