Rob Iredale

Senior Research Scientist, Syensqo

Rob has 12 years of experience developing next generation composite materials. He holds a doctorate in chemistry and resin formulation from the University of Bristol which he completed before joining the composites product development team at Syensqo (formerly Solvay) in the UK. His industrial research has spanned a wide breadth of aerospace composite products and applications including fire resistant materials, resin infusion systems, next generation epoxy prepregs and high temperature materials including both bismaleimide (BMI) and cyanate ester (CE) resin families.

Jessica Wallick

Group Leader Adhesives R&I, Syensqo

Jessica Wallick is a group leader for the adhesives research and development team in Alpharetta, Georgia. She previously worked as a research scientist at the Syensqo site in Havre de Grace, Maryland. With over 9 years of experience in adhesives and composites, she has worked extensively to develop expertise in new product development for aerospace structural adhesives, pastes, liquid shims and surfacing films.
