Established in 2001, (Maryville, Tenn., U.S.) specializes in building patterns, plugs, masters and fiberglass molds for a variety of industries including marine, powersports, energy and more. With state-of-the-art equipment and decades of experience, the company says it is always ready to take on the next composites project.
From CAD/design work to a production-ready molds, Reckless Industries provides turnkey products. Equipment include:
- DMS large-format five-axis router with a 25′ x 12′ 5′ cutting base
- Thermwood five-axis router with 5′ x 5′ table
- Thermwood three-axis router table with 5′ x 10′ cutting base
- Post cure booth capable of fitting a 26′ part reaching temperatures as high as 160ºF.
