Leuco Tool Corp. (Villa Rica, Ga., U.S.) is a supplier of machine tools for wood, plastic and composites material processing. The company showcases its range of products including:
- Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tipped drills, reamers, countersinks, reamers, end mills, saw blades and regrinding services
- Solid carbide drills, reamers, drill countersinks and end mills with CVD diamond or PVD metallic coatings
- Vacuum-brazed diamond abrasive end mills, profile heads, hole saws and saw blades.

Leuco says its PCD full nib drills offer the highest performance. The company's p-system helical PCD-tipped router bits, for example, support the high-speed machining of Nomex honeycomb core and sandwich panels. The routers are designed to machine electric vehicle (EV) battery boxes. Leuco reports the high flute counts and complex geometries deliver reduced delamination and fiber tearing, resulting in long edge life.
In addition, Leuco’s RX CVD diamond-coated tools are designed to machine highly abrasive fiber-reinforced composites, non-ferrous AlSi and TiAl-alloys and metal matrix composites (MMC) materials. Leuco’s vacuum-brazed, diamond abrasive tools reportedly lead to significantly longer cut life with less loading as compared to electro-nickel plated tools.
