Inland Pipe Rehabilitation acquires Daystar Composites
Inland Pipe Rehabilitation has acquired Daystar Composites, provider of cured-in-place pipe liners and products designed for the rehabilitation of water and wastewater pipe infrastructure.
Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC (IPR, Conyers, GA, US) recently announced the acquisition of Daystar Composites LLC (Patterson, GA, US), which will change its name to Daystar Composites: An IPR Company.
Daystar Composites provides contractors and utility owners with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners and products designed for the rehabilitation of water and wastewater pipe infrastructure.
Robert McCrae, president and CEO of IPR says, “This acquisition positions IPR to build on our capabilities as a national leader in CIPP lining technology and trenchless pipe rehabilitation.”
IPR is reportedly the largest, privately-held trenchless solutions provider in the nation and offers a wide range of installed infrastructure rehabilitation solutions.
