Endurance Composites acquires Enduro Composites pipe and tank product line
Enduro Composites, designer and manufacturer of fiberglass composites solutions, has sold the assets of its Pipe & Tank product line to Endurance Composites, LLC.
Endurance Composites, LLC, an ANDRONACO INDUSTRIES (Kentwood, Mich., U.S.) company, has acquired the Enduro Composite Inc. (Houston, Texas, U.S.) composite and dual laminate tank, pipe and fitting operations located in Pearland, Texas, U.S.
All other ENDURO product lines, including its Building Products (TUFF SPAN), Electrical Cable Management, Structural & Mechanical, and Water & Wastewater structures located in Houston, Texas, U.S. as well as its Field Services group, located in Freeport, Texas, U.S. continue as core businesses within the Enduro portfolio.
