Lightweight Reading: COBRA International celebrates 40th year with retrospective book
Looking back on 40 years of COBRA International composites for watersport products – and beyond.
Renowned manufacturer of composite water sports products, COBRA International Co. Ltd. (Conburi, Thailand) announced Sept. 10 that it has commissioned a coffee table book that looks back at 40 projects and 40 people that shaped the company’s growth over its 40 years.

For example, the book takes a look at the company’s infamous KING COBRA design created in collaboration with windsurfing pioneer Klaus Simmer. The resulting board was a breakthrough composites product that helped establish the company as a leading manufacturer of high performance windsurf boards. For more information visit
