(Vicenza, Italy) was founded in 1981 as a manufacturer of high-precision molds for composite materials, with experience in delivering tooling solutions for a variety of processing technologies —including RIM, RTM, injection molding, thermoforming and rotomolding. This year, Lanulfi’s is specifically highlighting aluminum molds designed for RIM and RTM, its products optimized for strength, weight reduction and thermal efficiency.
Lanulfi has grown through continuous investment in people and technology, currently serving a wide and diversified customer portfolio in the U.S., Europe and Asia. In North America, Lanulfi’s core expertise lies in manufacturing tools for:
- Truck hoods, fenders, and interior/exterior panels
- Cab interiors and structural assemblies
- Housings and enclosures for commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment.
Its comprehensive offering includes co-design with structural and Moldflow simulation, rapid prototyping and full-scale production validation. Each mold is tailor-made to integrate seamlessly into U.S. truck manufacturing standards and meet the demands of high-performance composite production.
Lanulfi is more than just a supplier — the group, made up of three specialized companies, offers a complete, integrated service. Lanulfi Model, for example, covers everything from prototype models to special equipment and jigs. Its team also supports customers with measurement jigs, cutting templates and bonding fixtures, all designed to ensure smooth and efficient production integration. Lanulfi Steel specializes in the construction of large, high-precision steel molds, handling significant weights and dimensions with expertise and reliability.
