Operating from Dubai, SFG reports the delivery of cost-efficient, high-quality composite solutions with short lead times, streamlined logistics and a stable supply chain — offering European manufacturers an alternative to domestic and Asian suppliers.
SFG is a family-owned company with 50-plus years of expertise. It provides a turnkey manufacturing solution, managing the entire process in-house — from SMC material production and compression molding to testing, packaging and global distribution. This integrated approach eliminates inefficiencies and ensures consistent quality and reliability.
“Our goal is to provide European manufacturers with a high-quality, cost-effective alternative for composite production,” says Jacques Bechaalani, general manager of SFG Composites.
SFG operates a 53,000-square-meter production hub in Dubai. It features 11 presses of up to 2,000 tons and will a production capacity of 6,000 tons per year. Running 365 days a year, the company’s German machinery enables continuous production to maximize efficiency and output without sacrificing performance.
SFG also integrates eco-friendly production, sustainable materials and renewable energy into its processes, enabling clients to achieve their ESG goals. The company is a member of AVK, the German Association for Fiber Reinforced Plastics/Composites, further emphasizing its commitment to drive innovation and sustainability in the European composites industry.
