PAL-V’s flying car is equipped with advanced safety features and cutting-edge engineering. It is said to eliminate “the key limitations of a car, small (gyro) plane and helicopter simultaneously,” according to the company website. The first flight of PAL-V One was completed in 2012, and the Liberty publicly launched in 2017. Road certification was achieved in 2020. PAL-V estimates first deliveries to begin in 2024.
Other flying cars include the Aska A5, Alef Aeronautics and Alauda Aeronautics.
