Uavos Inc. (Mountain View, Calif., U.S.) launches an updated line of precision composite curing ovens — high-performance industrial ovens designed with a focus on energy efficiency, precision temperature control and long-term durability.
This oven range is engineered for annealing, preheating, baking and post-curing composite materials, including laminates, prepregs, thermoplastics, silicone and casting molds. With PID temperature control, high-quality calibrated thermocouples and fan-assisted airflow, the ovens ensure uniform heating and parameter stability even during extended production cycles.
Panels with a ceramic-fiber core deliver optimal thermal efficiency and minimal heat loss, and each oven’s rugged stainless steel interior and robust construction supports demanding production environments. Touchscreen control with 19 pre-programmed curing cycles, plus the ability to create custom programs, offer intuitive use. In addition, two independent vacuum ports are available with optional gauge and valve assemblies for vacuum-assisted curing.
Uavos’ precision curing ovens feature optimized insulation system and intelligent heating control to significantly reduce energy consumption without compromising curing quality.
“Developed and refined for our own production center, this product line is built to perform in real-world manufacturing processes. Every upgrade has been tested and proven in-house to deliver maximum efficiency and reliability,” says Aliaksei Stratsilatau, founder and CEO of Uavos.
