At JEC World 2024, (Nantou, Taiwan) is demonstrating how to use its EzCiclo and CleaVER system to achieve closed-loop cicularity within the thermoset composite industry.
Launched in 2022, EzCiclo is a recyclable thermosetting epoxy resin which, when used with carbon or glass fiber reinforcement, can be recycled and degraded via the company’s CleaVER technology. In 2023, Swancor won a JEC Innovation Award in the sports, leisure and recreation category for its “Recyclable Thermoset CFRP Composite Bike,” manufactured with EzCiclo resin.
At this year’s booth (Hall 6, K16), the company is displaying a wind turbine blade nacelle cover made from Swancor’s recycled oligomer, a truck head water tank cover made from Swancor’s recycled carbon fibers and a car bumper bracket made from Swancor’s recycled glass fibers.

The company will also display a new application of its EzCiclo resin. After a year of collaboration with Victor Rackets Ind. Corp. (Taipei, Taiwan), the partners have launched high-end, competition badminton shoes featuring recyclable carbon fiber composite materials manufactured using EzCiclo resin.
Swancor aims to show attendees the possibilities available for fully circular composites and how to reuse recycled materials. The company also says it is committed to setting up degradation and recycling equipment around the world, and is looking for additional partners in this area.
In addition, the company’s global marketing strategy manager Jackson Lin is in Agora 6 on March 5.
