Lohia Group (Kanpur, India) has announced its acquisition of Light & Strong Ltd. Lohia Group reportedly plans to leverage Light & Strong’s existing client base, which includes the Israeli Ministry of Defense among others, to build its own presence in the sector.
“With our belief in Make in India, we are committed to supporting our indigenous Aerospace and Defense sector for its requirements of all things composite,” says Anurag Lohia, director, Lohia Group. “Light & Strong will allow us to integrate our manufacturing expertise with cutting edge technology to help make India the exporter of choice for global OEMs.”
