Breton S.p.A. (Castello Di Godego, Italy) is an international group specializing in the design and production of state-of-the-art industrial machinery and plants. It has dedicated its focus to the new and improved Hawx E2, a compact, five-axis vertical machining center with a gantry modular design. 

The Breton Hawx E2 enables users to expand their possibilities in trimming, milling and drilling on elements with complex 3D shapes. It is designed to work with wet and dry materials — light alloys, resins or composites — ensuring proper handling of dust, chips and liquids generated during the machining process. Each version comes with a customizable configuration option to meet specific requirements as well as optimize workflow and maximize efficiency.

The Breton Hawx E2 K18 has a 1,300-mm Z-axis travel, a 2,700-mm Y-axis travel and 1,800-mm X-axis travel with additional X-axis travel in larger models K38, K58 and K78. The productive machine is rigid with a good combination of robustness and stability, increasing its level of accuracy while still maintaining high acceleration and speed.
