(Gaffney, S.C., U.S.) is continuing the expansion of its epoxy product portfolio, specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of modern formulations for high-performance applications. In addition to its multifunctional epoxy resins and aromatic amine curing agents, Royce introduces two new product lines: toughened epoxy resins and mercaptan curing agents.
Royce’s toughened epoxy resins are formulated to perform in the most demanding environments. These advanced systems are ideal for applications such as structural adhesives, composites, secondary containment systems, pipe coatings, electrical potting and encapsulation. Engineered for enhanced impact resistance, the resins also offer optimal thermal stability, mechanical strength and fatigue resistance, delivering consistent and reliable performance whether in high-stress industrial applications or extreme temperature environments.
Alongside this, Royce Global’s mercaptan curing agents offer fast curing and high performance, making them ideal for rapid-setting applications. These include adhesives, DIY repair kits, concrete grout systems and various industrial maintenance uses. With user-friendly 1:1 mix ratios and consistent processing characteristics, this curing agents portfolio is particularly well suited for two-part cartridge systems and consumer-packaged kits where convenience and speed of cure are essential.
Royce also continues to offer high-performance multifunctional epoxy resins and aromatic amine curing agents, designed for critical applications like aerospace composites, industrial prepregs, electrical laminates and structural bonding. These systems provide high thermal and mechanical properties, including high glass transition temperatures and heat deflection temperatures, suited for environments requiring long-term durability and strength under extreme conditions.
With nearly 100 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry, Royce remains committed to developing cutting-edge chemistries, delivering optimal customer service and partnering with customers to meet their evolving needs.
