Rexco (Conyers, Ga., U.S.) highlights its lineup of Partall, Formula Five and Marbalease brand mold release agents, designed primarily for thermoset composites. Rexco focuses on effective, economical release agents that are suitable for the creation of both production plugs and finished parts. Products the company features are Partall Film #10 polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) barrier coating and Partall Paste #2 paste mold release wax. Partall Paste #2 is designed as a standalone release agent that can also be employed as a flange, edge or hat wax. Also available is Partall Hi-Temp wax that can be used up to 350ºF. The company recommends Partall Film #10 in conjunction with Partall Paste #2 on new or reconditioned molds as extra protection against sticking parts.
Rexco also displays its Formula Five range of mold care products, including Formula Five Mold Release wax, which incorporates carnauba with modern polymers for high-gloss applications, and Formula Five Clean ‘N Glaze, a gentle buffing compound for molds and finished parts. The Formula Five Advanced Semi-Permanent range includes mold cleaners, sealers and top coats. Rexco’s other products include Marbalease polymer concrete release and slurry waxes.
