Roboze 3D printing partners with Yamaha Motor Racing
Yamaha Motor Racing selects Roboze as its technology partner for high-performance 3D printing with super polymers and composite materials.

Roboze (Bari, Italy), a technology company specializing in 3D printing using super polymers and composite materials, has been chosen by Yamaha Motor Racing as its technology partner for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Combining advanced mechatronics, industrial automation, and materials science, Roboze's 3D printers can produce customized finished parts with innovative and lightweight materials such as PEEK, CarbonPEEK, ULTEM AM9085F and CarbonPA, capable of replacing metal parts and optimizing the aerodynamics of the bike.
“The Roboze ARGO 500 [3D printer] allows us to produce components in carbon and with materials resistant to very high temperatures,” says Michele Gadda, Engineering Manager at Yamaha Motor Racing. “For our technical team it was a real breakthrough. We have already tested and had very satisfactory results. Reducing weights and production times, guaranteeing compliance with test deadlines, give us the opportunity to express the ingenuity and skills of our technicians.”

Roboze’s ARGO 500 is the first 3D printer for super polymers and composites equipped with the Roboze Automate technological ecosystem, which the company says brings industrial automation to 3D printing. Developed in collaboration with the world’s top companies in the field of material development, the system is reported to improve cost and time optimization throughout the supply chain, integrating elements of industrial automation on par with traditional manufacturing.
With expertise in producing high-performance functional parts for extreme applications, Roboze’s work touches a range of manufacturing sectors including aerospace, energy, manufacturing and mobility.
