SMCCreate 2023 invites attendees, presentation speakers
The SMC/BMC-focused event will take place from Nov. 7-8 in Prague, targeting experienced designers and those that may be new to applying SMC/BMC materials.

SMCCreate 2023 is a conference centered around design in sheet molding compound (SMC) and bulk molding compound (BMC) composite materials. Organized by the European Alliance for SMC BMC, a European association operating under the umbrella of EuCIA (Brussels, Belgium), and the AVK German Federation of Reinforced Plastics (Frankfurt) task force, the event will provide valuable insight into the entire product design process, from idea to parts manufacturing, targeting experienced designers and designers that are new to applying SMC/BMC materials.
More than 60 participants from Europe and Turkey visited the first SMCCreate Design Conference, which took place in Antwerp from June 28-29, 2022. Its success led to its continuation. SMCCreate will take place from Nov. 7-8, 2023 in Prague, Czech Republic, at the Vienna House by Wyndham Diplomat Prague.
The conference will have a strong focus on helping designers and engineers choose the best material solution for their application. Presentations will primarily cover best practices and industrial solutions, SMC and BMC component manufacturing, material selection and product development across the entire product life, from design to sustainability.
Event organizers invites speakers with presentation topics targeting SMC/BMC design, SMC component manufacturing and integration for use in new markets. Send presentation applications through forms .
