Service provider for lightweight technology and business development AZL Aachen (Aachen, Germany) is hosting the third webinar in its Lightweight TechTalk series, titled, “,” on Thursday, Aug. 13, 5:00 am-6:20 am EDT (11:00 am-12:20 pm CET).  

Abstract: In this Lightweight TechTalk, material and system experts jointly invited by AZL and IKV will present their technological solutions for bringing thermoplastic tapes in injection molded parts. This presentation follows up on a study with 20 companies evaluating the potential and challenges of saving costs through the use of UD tape inserts in injection molding. With the series of compact "Lightweight TechTalks" AZL is providing a digital platform for networking and presenting technology and market insights to the international lightweight community.
