(Huron East, Ontario, Canada), a member of the Closed Mold Alliance, is exhibiting for the first time at CAMX. The company, which has been represented at Composites One’s booth over the years, is demonstrating how its Vac Packs can pull vacuum on both flange and part during infusion processes. Seals, tubes and fittings are additional products on display.

RTM North Ltd. continues to provides the composites industry with high-quality, streamlined products to complement successful part making during the resin transfer molding (RTM) process. These offerings include the manufacture and assembly of Vac Pack, fittings, lids, gaskets, bowls, tubes and seals required for RTM. Its products are “stem to stern” regarding mold production — for instance, RTM Mold’s Vac Pack begins the process by pulling vacuum through its various tubes and fittings, while catching everything in any resin catch system offered by the company.

The company’s mold processing supplies, including fittings, seals and tubes, are designed for all types of RTM applications, including vacuum bagging, closed RTM and silicone.

The company has been a well-known industry brand for more than 30 years, led by Doug Smith, who has put on presentations over the years in the Composites One Demo Zone. Despite his passing in 2022, his daughter, Tricia Smith, continues his legacy in customer assistance and troubleshooting.
