Tiger-Vac (Dania, Fla., U.S.) says the TV-200 is among its most popular models to date. The TV-200 is a versatile, powerful machine that is trusted for a variety of applications and substances. The vacuum dissipates static electric buildup, minimizing the possibility of electric shocks to the operator — an issue particularly prevalent when working with some statically charged substances.

Powered by three motors, 71.5" of water lift and 270 cfm can be achieved, providing suction power that is promotes consistent vacuuming performance. The large 70-mm diameter hose inlet and 2" (50-mm) static conductive crush-proof suction hose enables the recovery of substances from fine powders to large chips. Additionally, the size provides a wide area of coverage, thus enabling more efficient and cost-effective recovery.

Vacuumed substances are sent into the collection chamber via cyclonic motion, assisting the upstream main filter assembly and HEPA filter to remain clean over long periods of time. As a result, there are reduced maintenance and replacement costs. The star-shaped main filter assembly covers 21 ft2. Using the handy Manual Filter Shaker system, the substances can be dislodged and deposited into the 60 or 100-L detachable recovery tank. A viewing port is installed so operator can see when the tank is full and requires emptying.

The TV-200 comes packaged with a host of specialized static conductive accessories, including a wheeled floor tool, crevice nozzles, a brush nozzle and a wand, promoting complete accessibility to every part of the work area.

The TV-200 HEPA ORDLOC 652 is ETL certified and built in compliance with NFPA 77 safety standards, complying with NFPA 652 paragraph 8.4.2.2.1 for the collections of combustible dusts and fibers.
